These images and video show a large Satan prop I constructed of cane, wire mesh and papier-mâché. It was a commissioned piece, and was used in a Burmer Music production of Dante’s Inferno.
Before his journey to the underworld, Dante encounters three creatures who try to block his path through the forest – a lion, a leopard, and a she-wolf. These leather masks embody those creatures.
